Dear LPC Attendee:

The Fall 2001 Loss Prevention Conference, at Eagle's Landing in Stockbridge, Georgia was a complete success! The energy, enthusiasm and attendance of the meeting generated a positive learning environment.

Phil Parker, the well-known author and speaker, opened the meeting with a keynote address on “The Change of Choice.” Each presentation, workshop and panel discussion that followed presented ideas, thoughts and solutions that can help reduce freight loss and damage.

Always looking to provide an atmosphere for learning and networking, Hilton Head Island, South Carolina has been chosen for the site of the Spring, 2002 LPC Meeting. So, don't forget to mark May 5th through May 7th on your calendars!

We hope you will spend a couple of minutes reading the following LPC Report. It reflects how the Fall 2001 Loss Prevention Conference educated and enlightened attendees, upholding our motto, “to promote the development of loss and damage prevention professionals through education, information resourcing, corporate networking and social interaction.”

Sincerely,

Brian T. Johnson
